We forbid all advertising methods called “scumware” such as Gator, When U, and others. Any affiliate found to be using these forbidden methods will be banned from our program. Not only will the affiliates agreement be terminated, but their revenues will be split among all other current affiliate partners. TonyG Poker also reserves the right to take any legal action deemed necessary against the offending affiliate. TonyG Poker employs powerful tools that analyze the traffic coming to our site; this means that we will be notified immediately if one click comes from such a scumware platform. We also ask that if you witness any such abuse, you notify us immediately.

Traffic directed to us from message boards and/or forums will not be accepted. Any such traffic will be automatically redirected to another location. When an overwhelming amount of abusive players is sent to us via forums and message boards, our support team becomes over worked; therefore we have been forced to adopt this policy. If I see that new Real accounts were created, but I don’t see any money there for me, what should I do?

Players you referred may have downloaded TonyG Poker and opened Real accounts, but when the stats were updated, they may not have wagered or lost any money yet. Wait a few days and then check again at a later time to see if they are showing up.

What is “net gaming”?

For Poker, net gaming means any rakes and tournament fees minus chargebacks and bonuses.

Payment

When and how often will I receive my payments?

Affiliates are paid on the 12th business day after the end of the month via Bank Draft or Wire Transfer.

When do Affiliates receive their monthly statements?

Statements for commissions are sent out on the 6th business day following the end of each month.

Are there any processing fees associated with my commission payments?

TonyG Poker does not withhold any commissions and does not charge processing fees associated with your commissions

What is the minimum amount that I have to earn to receive my commission?

The minimum amount affiliates have to earn to get paid is U.S. $250. If your Affiliate balance is less than $250 outstanding, funds will be held until their balance exceeds $250 at the end of the month.
